Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and ensure Revenue plan, Vendor performance & Payment reports and daily, weekly, monthly progress reports of the projects.
∎ Determine and identify critical-path activities, premortem activities for assigned projects.
∎ Plan and assist with the review of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC).
∎ Develop and support the establishment of project resource schedules, project master schedules as well as monitor, review schedule deviation of contractors’ construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up of the necessary productivity measurement.
∎ Monitor and track project progress and write up reports.
∎ Ensure project controls are established on time and maintained on all projects regularly.
∎ Review contractors’ programs in accordance with the contract.
∎ Review and ensure assessment of extension of time claims and variation claims.
∎ Review and ensure all key issues are communicated effectively to Project managers and Engineers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Experienced in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, control and analysis in the field and head office of EPC function.
∎ Advanced level knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction.
∎ Proficiency in using multiple discipline-specific software applications i.e. Microsoft Project, Primavera, and AutoCad.
∎ Knowledge in the use of computers and several basic software applications such as Excel (advanced), Word and PowerPoint for executing work processes.
∎ Skilled in oral and written communication in English.
∎ Leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
