Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred MBA in Accounting/Finance from reputed public/private University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC),ACCA
∎ Skills Required: customer services, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Leadership and interpersonal skills, Proactive and Positive attitude, Target Oriented
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Billing Software, ERP Softwear, Expert in Quickbooks, Must be Skilled in MS office applications
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Revenue Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue streams. Analyze pricing structures, customer segments, and market trends to optimize revenue generation.
∎ Financial Assurance: Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Implement robust financial controls to minimize revenue leakage and fraud.
∎ Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess potential risks to revenue and financial integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to financial and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address any compliance issues.
∎ Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
∎ Team Leadership: Led a team of revenue analysts and assurance professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in ISP/IIG are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
