∎ The candidate should have Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university (BBA/ MBA in marketing will be given preference)

∎ Knowledge on demonstrated experience in leading sales operations, distribution network development, strategic planning, and Strong administrative skills with the ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency and people management
∎ Required skills: Advanced level of Communication, Analytical ability, Problem solving, Monitoring tools and techniques, Reporting, Presentation skill
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the sales team to ensure efficient operations and high performance across all channels (retail, distribution, institutional sales, modern trade, etc.)
∎ Ensure coaching and motivating the team time to time to achieve sales targets across all regions
∎ Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, budgets, and ensuring consistent achievement and growth
∎ Manage the sales administration process, including order processing, inventory coordination, and logistics oversight in collaboration with relevant departments
∎ Maintain strengthen relationships with key retail partners and expand distribution networks
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities
∎ Identify the opportunities and support to product development teams to launch new product
∎ Ensure compliance of organization rules and policies
∎ Maintain the liaison and linkage with Government and Non-Government Organization
∎ Prepare commercial training material for different products as well as conduct training of sales staff
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
