Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
∎ Manage the company's digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth.
∎ Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
∎ Coach and mentor junior marketing team members to ensure their professional development and growth.
