Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years experience (minimum 2 years as Senior Medical Promotion Officer) at pharma
∎ sales through prescription generation from physicians (preferably dermatologists)
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla & English, strong team leadership and
∎ problem-solving skills, effective negotiation and selling skills
∎ Smart and professional communication skills (Bangla & English).
∎ Strong leadership and convincing power.
∎ Effective negotiation, selling, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to build strong professional relationships.
∎ Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Present and promote Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals products to physicians and healthcare providers to generate
∎ prescriptions.
∎ Seeking & collecting orders from pharmacies to achieve the sales target
∎ Monitor competitor’s activities and provide feedback to the Regional Manager for strategic insights.
∎ Organize and conduct scientic programs as and when necessary
∎ Support the logistics team in the timely delivery and collection of products within the assigned territory
∎ Position Summary:
∎ To explore ourselves in healthcare industry, we are seeking for dynamic and experienced candidates (male) as Senior Medical Delegate Executive (Sr. MDE) position at our “Physician-Relationship Division”. The suitable candidate will be responsible to ensure sales and collection through prescription generation from physicians (preferably dermatologists).
