∎ Sourcing & costing
∎ Development (Buyer & Product)
∎ Bulk production followup.
∎ Commercial/Logistic
∎ Payment transactions
∎ Train up the subordinate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ This post is open only for expat, having practical experience working in Bangladesh RMG sector.
∎ Must need to be a good team leader, self disciplined, motivating & transparent in info. Sharing.
∎ Must need to follow & respect office procedure/discipline in daily working and behave 4. gentile with both foreign & local employee
∎ Clear on costing, fabric & accessories analysis, production followup.
∎ Capable of sourcing fabric/accessories from local as well as overseas suppliers
∎ Good management skill and should know how to handle Buyer/customer during their visit in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate should be well experienced in Woven or Knit items. Experience in padding/down jacket is an advantage.
∎ Good at production follow up with factory for ensure on time delivery with no quality issue
∎ Strong communicate with QC team for quality control and follow up, ensure goods meet buyer quality requirement standard.
∎ Well organized to maintain workplace net and tidy and strong team work
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Yearly one performance bonus.
