Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for handling different buyer Communication with liaison office, factory people, and other related departments/sections of the company.
∎ Coordinate with the factory team for proper & on time.
∎ Advise factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues as efficient/experienced troubleshooter.
∎ Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer COC
∎ Must have Costing Ide.
∎ Have to be Fabric and Trim’s booking.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers
∎ To follow the shipment
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Merchandising department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Very good in fabric, product, development, sourcing, and other buyer's specialized process knowledge.
∎ Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
