Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE/EEE/ETE/IT or relevant
∎ CCNA/ CCNP, MTCNA and firewall or security related certification will be considered an added advantage.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 3- 5 years in support and service, systems and network administration and related field
∎ Strong knowledge in routing, switching, VLAN, firewall configuration, and network security. Experience with Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, Fortinet etc. is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, monitor, and manage core and client network infrastructure for data centers and cloud environments.
∎ Work as 24/7/365 support engineer for day-to-day network support.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents efficiently.
∎ Optimize network performance by monitoring traffic and troubleshooting issues.
∎ Design and re-design, configure and manage core routers, core switches, core firewalls, load balancers and wireless devices.
∎ Ensure proper VLAN setup, bandwidth management, and traffic control.
∎ Handle client and backbone link setups, monitoring, and authentication.
∎ Perform proactive maintenance, health checks, and network optimization.
∎ Ensure network redundancy and disaster recovery through failover and BGP peering.
∎ Maintain detailed network logs and documentation.
∎ Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Attend client meeting for requirement collection and work as a pre-sale engineer.
∎ Meet with customers to gather requirements and provide solutions both over the phone and in person
