∎ Capacity of Data management and data protection principles.
∎ Proven experience in interviewing and reporting on development works.
∎ Demonstrate experience in documenting, analyzing, and summarizing qualitative data.
∎ Ability to provide/facilitate training, and meetings.
∎ Hands-on computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) operating skills

∎ The Opportunity
∎ The Senior Officer – Child Protection has the responsibility for managing Save the Children’s child protection team and all associated activities in a specific area or camp, acting as the key field-level representative of Save the Children in the location. This includes supervising the team in the assessment, coordination, implementation, and monitoring, and evaluation of the child protection intervention, and ensuring coordination between child rights violations, case management services, child-friendly space activities, formation & follow-up activities of adolescents’ clubs, and community-based child protection to deliver one integrated child protection system, in coordination with other agencies. The Senior Officer - CP is responsible for providing technical support, documentation of all events, programme learning, and ensuring logistics requests are raised on time. S/He also ensures monitoring and reporting of child rights violations, effective referral mechanisms for child survivors, and increased coordination and collaboration with other child protection actors to promote the practice of reporting and prevention of child rights violations.
