Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience in developing communication materials, internal and external
∎ Experience with social media platforms, content generation across multiple platforms, social media reporting and reporting software use, and social monitoring and listening
∎ Skill and experience with photography, videography and graphic design
∎ Experience of working with communications and media in Bangladesh
∎ An understanding of child rights programming
∎ Experience in producing snappy, crisp multimedia content, adobe illustrator and Canva
∎ Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bangla

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Opportunity
∎ This position is responsible for supporting the development of high-quality, cutting-edge communications in social media for the Bangladesh Country Office. S/he will manage SCI social media presence and communities, including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social media channels and ensure they adhere to SCI standards and brand guidelines. S/he will create content and manage SCI web page, based on proactive interviews and engagement with programs. S/he will assist to develop an overall social media strategy and guideline with support from Senior Manager-Media and Communications. S/he will ensure alignment to global brand guidelines for online products. S/he will also produce program content for various social media platforms in coordination with the Senior Manager-Media and Communications.
