∎ At least 04 years of working experience in a relevant field with at least 01 year in training facilitation and material development.
∎ Detail knowledge about learning toys and learning aids, clear understanding of how children learn, and detailed knowledge of training.
∎ Good skills in training facilitation
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
∎ Good in listening and counseling
∎ Good time management skills
∎ Basic English communication skills
∎ Hands-on computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) operating skills

∎ The Opportunity
∎ This position is responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting on program activities in line with donor requirements. S/he will be organizing and facilitating training in-order to build capacity of factories’ ECCD facilitators. S/he will also develop age-appropriate material and facilitate procurement of the Early Childhood Care & Development (ECCD) Program/Primary Education Program and assist in day to day program/project operation in cooperation with Manager and field staff.
