∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in the program support section with a large-scale project including 2 years in budget & event management with advanced knowledge of MS-excel programming. Experience working on Partner Management, Implementation of an integrated project, Rights-based & partnership approaches.
∎ Clear understanding and competency in project/program management and livelihoods training program management.
∎ Experience in budget management, procurement, implementing livelihoods and skill training programs, youth development, soft skills, stakeholder engagement, internal and external communication, and partner monitoring.
∎ Working experience with the Rohingya camp will add value.

∎ The Opportunity
∎ The Senior Officer for Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager of the BPRM project in providing essential administrative and coordination assistance. This includes finance, procurement, budget tracking, event planning, partner agreements, and field monitoring for the technical and field teams within the Cox’s Bazar area office. The role involves applying expertise in support functions, guidance in project execution, and overseeing administrative processes while working closely with government line ministries/departments and private stakeholders. This position also supports program management, event coordination, scheduling, secretarial duties, and liaison with the Cox’s Bazar support team and other SC and implementing partner (IP) offices involved in the FSL components of the BPRM project. Additionally, the Senior Officer contributes to technical and vocational education and training (TVET), employability, and income-generating activities (IGA) with partner organizations, ensuring project activities meet Save the Children International (SCI) standards.
