Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To oversee daily capital market operations and transactions of the company.
∎ To responsible to ensure timely and accurate trade execution, clearing, and settlement compliance with capital market regulations and internal investment policies.
∎ To analyze market trends, economic data, and financial statements to support investment decisions.
∎ To manage liquidity and cash flow forecasting related to investment activities.
∎ Provide recommendations on asset allocation, market opportunities, and investment strategies.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic investment reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.Accounts Department:
∎ To manage day-to-day accounting operations, including the maintenance of ledgers and journals of the company.
∎ To responsible to reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
∎ To assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
∎ To analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks.
∎ To support in the preparation of management reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ Capital Market Operations:
