∎ Provide support to any new initiative/pilot undertaken by programme.
∎ Participate in GO/NGO coordination meetings
∎ Represent Programme at different forums and meetings within and outside the organization.
∎ Relevant work experience especially on field level Popular Theatre activities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create scene charts, develop songs and themes for new drama productions.
∎ Design and facilitate training modules, workshops, rehearsals, and other theatre-related activities as part of the Popular Theatre basic training.
∎ Facilitate Theatre Training and Workshops, Popular Theatre basic training sessions, workshops, rehearsals, and related theatre activities to ensure skill development and content quality.
∎ Explore innovative theatrical forms and performance styles by creating new digital content tailored to engage audiences at all levels.
∎ Collaborate with team members to prepare a comprehensive monthly action plan, ensuring alignment with their respective plans by providing technical guidance to the Popular Theatre initiative for effective and high-quality implementation.
∎ Implement strategic actions to ensure the successful and profitable implementation of Popular Theatre cost recovery initiatives both within BRAC and in external markets.
∎ Lead the process of documenting key learnings and change stories by identifying significant field-level changes and facilitate critical field observations and feedback for process improvements.
∎ Monitor Popular Theatre shows, provide guidance, initiate feedback sessions to support continuous improvement and provide critical observations in monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly regional/HO meeting for quality enhancement.
∎ Preserve and repair Popular Theatre materials to ensure consistent performance quality.
∎ Maintain regular communication and visit government agencies, NGOs, corporates, and businesses to promote and market Popular Theatre services effectively.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ The incumbent will provide technical support for all field-level activities under the popular theatre component, ensuring high-quality implementation in alignment with the programme/project's objectives and goals, through collaboration with various BRAC programmes and partner organizations.
