Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Sewing, Sewing production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up line feeding check list, supervisors daily routine with their work actions & participate in PP Meeting, QCO meeting;
∎ Follow up pre production activities - from Size set to (TOP, Shipping, Showroom) sample;
∎ Assist to ensure organized workstations in the floor & check the process monitoring check list;
∎ Assist to Train Quality inspectors, supervisors & also lead, motivate, appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.
∎ Maintain first output review against the sample and follow up first output garments measurement report.
∎ Monitor the DHU report to identify the continuous defects and work with respective production team to get the output correctly;
∎ Inform to QA Asst. manager If any discrepancies found.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
