Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Sr. PM/AGM- Production" for a reputed woven garments Manufacturing Organization. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
∎ Handling all types of production issues, along with cut to ship coordination.
∎ Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets.
∎ Work closely with the production team from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks, quality problems and troubleshoot them.
∎ Day-to-day production plan to meet customer delivery date, implement and focus on customer requirements.
∎ Supervise and motivate team members.
∎ Resolve production issues and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
∎ Conduct Pre-production meetings with merchandising team, Buyer representative, and QA department to take over the job as per the requirements.
∎ Follow-up materials inventory to ensure on time input in production.
∎ Responsible for bulk approval, bulk production, coordination and sampling.
