Job Context:
∎ A reputed national-level development communication organization working in the field of Strategic Communication with GoB, USAID, World Bank, UN funds and other national and international partners requires a dynamic, experienced and hard-working person who will join in the DIMAPPP project of the organization and will handle a full range of community engagement and ICT under the guidance of the Senior Deputy Director (Mobilization) of the organization. She/He will also need to work in close collaboration with the project leads of different projects and will be responsible to coordinate with different stakeholders as per project need.
∎ Job Level: Mid level job in the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain and/ or collect information on health, population and nutrition activities, events, researches & reports and issues from different web platforms and from news reports, national and international day observance events, meetings, seminars, symposiums and prepare reports to post on website pages.
∎ Use adequate knowledge on mHealth, eHealth, etc. for their practical application for use by community.
∎ Web Logging (Blogging) in English Language. apply Communication and networking skils.
∎ Develop Website/Blog site using PHP, MySQL, CSS3, Java Script, HTML5 and CMS (Content Management System) i.e. WordPress, Drupal etc.
∎ Develop software using framework i.e. CodeIgniter, Cake PHP, YII etc.
∎ Web hosting and domain name registration.
∎ Hosting training/meeting in Virtual platform i.e. Webinar; connecting regional countries pages with regional secretariat and global sites.
∎ Search various free open source software i.e. ERP, Digital Archive, eLearning and able to customize the modules as per organization's/Project's need.
∎ Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions; documents and demonstrates solution; prepare and installs solutions.
∎ Develop software solution; improve operations by conducting system analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
∎ Project operations keeping information strictly confidential.
∎ Willingness to travel mostly in cities and in countryside.
∎ Undertake any other task assigned by the Supervisor and other senior staff members.
∎ Application of knowledge on social media, digital and promotional marketing.
∎ Application of knowledge of designing tools/software.
∎ Prepare and evaluate terms of reference (TOR), request for proposals (RFPs) etc.
∎ Provide IT support in trouble shooting for the staff members as and when required.
