Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution, in Social Science, Development Studies, International Relations, Economics, Psychology or a related discipline with relevant training and experience in project implementation.
∎ Master's degree in the above mentioned field will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years professional experience in implementation programs with a Government, nongovernment or international organization.
∎ Specific experience in areas of livelihoods development, private sector engagement, reintegration, financial literacy programmes, advocacy and migration is required.
∎ Knowledge and experience of climate change and disaster programming would be an added advantage.
∎ Prior Experience in working with UN Agencies, INGOs and NGOs is desirable.
∎ In depth knowledge of the broad range of migration related subject areas dealt with by the
∎ Organization;
∎ - Excellent written and oral communication and networking skills.
∎ - Adequate knowledge of participatory learning and action.
∎ - A team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ - Intellectual acuity, attention to detail, and analytical abilities
