∎ Do you hold a postgraduate degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Social Science, Business Administration, Disaster Science/Management, Environmental Science/Management, or a related field?

The Senior Programme Officer (SPO) will lead the management of Just Energy Transition (JET) projects, overseeing overall project(s) including financial management and compliance, coordinating with thematic and program management heads, communicating with partners, managing budgets, writing reports, and organizing events. The SPO will promote safe programming, ensure community participation in program decisions, and work collaboratively following feminist principles and being aware of power dynamics.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Oxfam National D1 pay band, starting annual salary for this role is BDT1,462,326.00 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
