∎ For our Sourcing Office in Dhaka - we are looking for Senior Quality Assurance Officer (Denim / Outerwear/ Woven Tops).
∎ The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Sourcing Manager, Merchandise Manager & Merchandisers, Suppliers and Buyers in Europe.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The process of the pre-production meeting, inline and pre final and final inspections, testing sample picking.
∎ Working in collaboration with the TW team & with factory to ensure proper quality standards and implement all quality process to ensure TW Quality.
∎ Production follow-up.
∎ Strong knowledge about sewing line setup /machine layout and about IE/work study to make good plan and layout.
∎ Resolve manufacturing problems, offering on the spot solutions during the inspections.
∎ Train and evaluate supplier to meet TW standards.
∎ Before starting production collect the approval samples, files from merchandisers and co-ordinate with RQS / GPQ team/factory for risk analysis.
∎ Arranging each styles PP meeting (cutting / quality / production all teams) among the teams before start production.
∎ Pattern & Fitting Checking.
∎ Good knowledge on different product families: Denim/ Outerwear/ Woven Tops.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in same position.
∎ Must have good knowledge on denim/ jacket/ woven tops.
∎ Experience on different category of products and different washes.
∎ Experience at a liaison office or buying house will be an advantage.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Must be cooperative and able to work in a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment
∎ Excellent English knowledge orally and written.
∎ Must have good knowledge & skills in computing specially on MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and internet proficiency.
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated and should have positive attitude, solution orientate mindset to sustain the nice office environment.
∎ Must show Commitment and loyalty to the company.
