Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into responsive and user-friendly web applications.
∎ Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using React.js and related technologies.
∎ Ensure the performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility of web applications.
∎ Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development.
∎ Identify and address technical challenges and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Contribute to the improvement of coding standards and development processes.
∎ Maintain clear and organized documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
∎ Proven experience as a React JS Developer, with at least 3 years of experience.
∎ Proficiency in JavaScript and a strong understanding of React.js.
∎ Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
∎ Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
∎ Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
∎ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ A portfolio showcasing your previous React-based projects and coding expertise.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
