∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
∎ Ensure effective action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
∎ Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
∎ Ensure and confirm the development and implementation of marketing plans.
∎ Conducts one-on-one review with all Field Forces (FFs) to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of FFs sales and activity performance.
∎ Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales.
∎ Monitoring the sales team of the respective Region.
∎ Analyze the market potentiality and propose CME, Symposium, and Seminar etc.
∎ Setting sales targets for individual to company guidelines.
∎ Create, Develop and implement strategy to develop brand image and sales growth.
∎ Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
∎ Responsible for the performance and development of respective region's FFs.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing.
