∎ Minimum 8 (eight) years of working experience in commercial Bank/ NBFI in the relevant area.
∎ Proven track record of onboarding new customers and cross-selling propositions.
∎ Strong proficiency in credit proposal analysis, financial analytics, risk parameters and understanding of industry dynamics and market trends.
∎ Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to lead high-performing teams.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead efforts to explore, identify, and onboard potential corporate clients in alignment with the bank’s risk appetite and strategic goals.
∎ Achieve business targets by acquiring new clients and maximizing utilization from the existing pool of customers through proactive relationship management.
∎ Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of wholesale banking clients with a focus on high-potential and profitable sectors.
∎ Conduct regular client meetings and maintain relationship with existing and prospective corporate customers to grow the corporate banking portfolio
∎ Negotiate with clients, analyze financial statements, and prepare high-quality credit proposals, ensuring timely delivery of customized banking solutions.
∎ Promote cross-selling of the bank’s products and services to address comprehensive business needs and enhance client satisfaction.
∎ Identify potential risks early and implement measures to safeguard the bank’s interests while maintaining the quality of the asset portfolio.
∎ Raise early warning signals and conduct regular client reviews to escalate and manage risks proactively.
∎ Monitor client performance including cash flow, repayment behavior, and compliance with all loan covenants and regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of banking transactions by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and promptly resolve client issues to uphold high service standards.
∎ Build strategic relationships with key external partners and industry players to strengthen the bank’s corporate banking proposition and market presence.
