Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct comprehensive research to collect and verify data from various sources, including online databases, public records, and other repositories.
∎ Organize and maintain large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy through validation and cleansing processes.
∎ Monitor and track industry trends and activities through web analytics.
∎ Perform data analysis and identify patterns, trends, and correlations to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
∎ Create detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate research findings effectively.
∎ Stay updated on the latest web-based research methodologies and tools, recommending improvements and implementing best practices.
∎ Assist in the development of data collection tools, questionnaires, and surveys as needed.
∎ Monitor and track data quality metrics, identifying and resolving data issues promptly.
∎ Handle confidential and sensitive data with the utmost professionalism and adherence to privacy policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Research Analyst or similar role with a focus on web-based research.
∎ Strong proficiency in web search techniques, online databases, and research tools.
∎ Solid understanding of market research principles and data visualization techniques.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and insights clearly and concisely.
∎ Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
∎ Proactive and self-motivated, with a curiosity to explore and discover new information and trends.
∎ Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and web analytics tools is a plus.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 100000 (Monthly)
