∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ Experienced in B2B Sales
∎ The applicants should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them project information over the telephone & face to face. Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records.
∎ Responsible for dealing with In-house client.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To visit the client for their quires and satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for attending Site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales officials' formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare the deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ To share ideas about how to improve sales with the group leader and other colleagues.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Real Estate, Corporate Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ Skills Required
∎ Experienced in B2B Sales & Marketing **
∎ Good Knowledge in Client hunting using different social media platform **
∎ Business development,
∎ Computer Operating, Content Developer,
∎ Customer Support/ Client Service,
∎ Good Knowledge in MS Word & PowerPoint.
