Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving planned volume targets and managing personal and team goals to meet the individual and company's annual targets.
∎ Assisting industrial customers and the whole seller in creating mass awareness of using quality lubricants in the territory and beyond to establish our strength over the competition.
∎ Analyzing competitors' strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment, and preparing counter reports
∎ Following up with potential customers to upsell and improve the service. Monitor used oil samples on a per-customer basis.
∎ Supporting the technical issues of the Sales Team. Organizing training, a lube clinic, and inspections of potential industries.
∎ Arranging technical seminars in a year for customers to demonstrate product benefits with the aid of the technical team
∎ Major Job Responsibilities:
