∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals
∎ Identify prospective clients, nurture relationships, and successfully convert leads into closed deals
∎ Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor movements
∎ Professionally present property offerings, negotiate terms, and close sales with integrity
∎ Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to maximize opportunities
∎ Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide timely, accurate reporting to management
∎ Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
