∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven track record in real estate sales, with at least 3 years of experience.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure sales environments.
∎ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
∎ A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive sales of residential and commercial properties.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
∎ Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
∎ Conduct property presentations and site visits.
∎ Provide market feedback and customer insights to the marketing and development teams.
∎ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.
