∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed University/ Institute;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies qualifies and solicits new catering businesses to achieve personal and restaurant revenue goals;
∎ Manages the sales efforts for the restaurant related to the local social catering business;
∎ Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative food and beverage offerings for customer;
∎ Identifies and implements process improvements and best practices;
∎ Closes the best opportunities for the restaurant based on market conditions and restaurant needs;
∎ Designs develop and sell creative catered events;
∎ Executes Sales strategies and business processes;
∎ Executes and supports customer service standards and restaurant brand standards;
∎ Works with the management team to create and implement a catering sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and market;
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in Food - Manufacturing, Processing or Engineering industry with one of the market leading companies (Pran, Akij, Square or similar).
∎ Must be result-oriented, having proven technical and leadership capabilities with excellent communication skill.
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability;
