Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer handling, Maintenance, and after-sales service.
∎ Handling customer complaints and concerns and making sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealerships satisfaction.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with the manufactures designated warranty representatives.
∎ Ensure that all paperwork and write-ups were clear and concise
∎ Job Control, distribution, and Estimation.
∎ Customer feedback, service reminder,s and customer follow-up
∎ Perform Quality control and Vehicle inventory
∎ Report vehicle details in order to ensure the safety of the driver and optimal vehicle operation.
∎ Verify the customer concern and perform a test drive
∎ Attend Technical and Non-technical Training to get certification
∎ Reporting as per Requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience as a Service Advisor in an Automobile Industry will get preference.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary: Negotiable
