Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ ACI Motors is recruiting engineers who have at least 2 years of experience in after sales service industry for FOTON commercial vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee after-sales service activities in assigned regions and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Train, develop, and monitor technicians in the assigned region.
∎ Communicate regularly with customers and provide maintenance and product related supports.
∎ Make frequent field and customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor service activities at the dealer point and ensure services are provided as per standards.
∎ Arrange service campaigns and initiate service marketing activities.
∎ Support marketing and sales team in events, campaigns and other marketing programs.
∎ Oversee spare parts sales in the assigned region.
∎ Submit weekly/monthly reports to head office and expense bills on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ At least 2 years of experience in commercial vehicle service.
∎ Flexibility to work in any region of Bangladesh.
∎ Good communication and social skills.
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle.
∎ Computer literacy.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
