Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors Ltd. is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ We distribute excavators, loaders, cranes, and other infrastructure development machinery of world-renowned brands such as KOBELCO, CASE, LOVOL & INDO POWER. We are recruiting engineers who have at least 2 years of experience in the after-sales service sector of the construction equipment industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide on-time after-sales service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor, supervise, and train technicians to ensure smooth service support.
∎ Manage and handle customer complaints and ensure proper support to customers.
∎ Visit customers & provide maintenance and repair works regularly.
∎ Prepare monthly service activity reports and share with the supervisor.
∎ Arrange service campaigns and initiate service marketing activities.
∎ Support marketing and sales team in events, campaigns, product demonstration, and other marketing programs.
∎ Prepare & submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Relevant experience in the construction equipment industry.
∎ Profound technical knowledge.
∎ Flexibility to travel extensively.
∎ Excellent communication and social skills.
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle.
