Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience on Caps and Hats Manufacturer Company.
∎ The applicants must be able to correspond independently with Korean buyer.
∎ Fluency in Korean speaking (Both written and spoken) is a necessity.
∎ Highly energetic as needed to walk about the factory floors extensively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate will be responsibility for cutting, sewing to shipment of Caps & timely delivery.
∎ Will have to derive production plans, line layouts, and ensure productivity, quality & timely delivery.
∎ Should be able to develop new production methods to maximize productivity.
∎ Must introduce new techniques for improvement in quality.
∎ Check every complete garment, oil mark, dirty spot, yam mark, fabric fault.
∎ Control the measurement and tolerance.
∎ Prepare the pre-final quality control report.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on Caps & Hats.
