Job Responsibilities:
∎ Database designing and maintenance.
∎ Collaborate and work with frontend and mobile app developers on the backend needs of projects.
∎ Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
∎ Develop, test, and implement new software programs.
∎ Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
∎ Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.
∎ Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability.
∎ Resolve complex technical design issues.
∎ Development of technical specifications and plans.
∎ Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges.
∎ Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
∎ Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
∎ Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a PHP Developer at any Software/IT-enabled service company
∎ Excellent knowledge of PHP Laravel framework, VueJs, Nuxt, and MySQL
∎ Bachelors/Master in Computer Science
∎ Good core knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Bootstrap framework
∎ Experience in java, and Javascript Frameworks
∎ Framework architecture & design experience
∎ Experience in web applications
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
∎ General Programming Skills
∎ Software Design & Software Development Process
∎ Previous experience in team management and leading a team is a must
∎ Team Player/Cross-Functional Team Player
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proactive, energetic, confident, and must have a can-do attitude
∎ Ability to multitask, solve problems, and be self-motivated
∎ Has quick learning approach: fail fast, learn fast, improve fast
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 90000 (Monthly)
