Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a leadership role.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
∎ Deep understanding of software products and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
∎ Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering customer value and driving revenue growth.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in line with company objectives.

∎ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of software sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.

∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to understand their business needs and drive customer satisfaction.

∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, new markets, and emerging trends in the software industry.

∎ Sales Forecasting: Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue projections to provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
∎ Solution Selling: Collaborate with the product development team to understand product capabilities, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate these to clients.

∎ Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement to secure profitable deals and drive revenue growth.

∎ Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing techniques, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

∎ Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
