∎ The Opportunity
∎ The Senior Staff Nurse is a key member of the 24/7 SCI Hospital team. S/he is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services for Rohingya Refugees in Camp-15 & 21. The Senior Staff Nurse will supervise junior nursing staff and ensure the smooth operation of the nursing unit. This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Additionally, s/he will prepare and remain ready to provide support during outbreaks or emergencies, contributing to the delivery of reliable healthcare services in challenging settings.
