Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and network connectivity.
∎ Monitor, report, and optimize infrastructure performance.
∎ Plan and optimize upstream performance and IP resource management.
∎ Develop and troubleshoot Internet and data connectivity solutions for corporate and banking customers.
∎ Meet with customers to gather requirements and provide solutions both over the phone and in person.
∎ Manage data center operations and conduct R&D on new network solutions.
∎ Plan and manage router, switch, and backbone capacity resources.
∎ Provide technical leadership to the team and handle escalations following standard procedures.
∎ Document technical knowledge through notes and manuals.Skills Required:
∎ Strong knowledge of IP subnetting, Mikrotik firewall configuration, NAT, port forwarding, and various bandwidth control methods.
∎ Proficient in routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and experience with tunneling, VRF, PBR, load balancing, and load sharing.
∎ Familiarity with network diagramming tools like VISIO.
∎ Excellent communication skills for interactions with corporate customers, zonal engineers, and technicians.
∎ Experience in enterprise, campus, ISP wired, and wireless network setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Ability to lead a technical team, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Willingness to acquire new skills and stay updated with technological advancements.

∎ Link3 Technologies Ltd. is looking for a skilled Senior Support Engineer to join in the core network team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and connectivity solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage high-priority customers and data center operations while also engaging in research and development of new solutions.
