Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in CSE / EEE or equivalent from any reputed university.
∎ CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, MTCRE, RHCA, RHCE, and JNCIA certifications would be added advantages.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot for any IP network solution - Speed slow, high latency.
∎ Regular monitoring through MRTG, Network Backbone, TT - MRTG, Backbone status, Investigate the repeated issues.
∎ Performance evaluation of networking software.
∎ Train team how to use NMS tools to ease the work process.
∎ Take actions to mitigate common issues.
∎ Monitor the performance of networks and co-ordinate with the access team.
∎ Regular meeting with clients, access team and stakeholders.
∎ Understand the work process and try to accelerate the process of restoration and installation, take proper preparations before any critical situation occurs.
∎ Documentation & reporting as per service requirement.
∎ Generate reports and take decisions accordingly.
∎ Process for GSM connectivity activation.
∎ Assign IP and configure them where required.
∎ Handling tickets related to new service implementation and change management for execution at both base and customer end.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated and capable of working in a cross-functional team
∎ Competitive written and verbal communication skills, good telephone manners.
∎ Customer oriented with great emphasize on customer satisfaction
∎ Able to work on a 24/7 shift Rotation
∎ Ability to perform the technical requirements efficiently and effectively
∎ Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
∎ Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency
