Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Advanced degree in IT or project management is necessary for the position. Also, successfully completing certification courses in business analysis, PMP, or PRINCE II is an added advantage.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The position is placed in the technology department of the organization, that requires conducting, planning and implementing various technical projects either for the company or its clients to roll out. They’ll collaborate closely with the technical team to design various developments and to implement life-cycle methodologies for various software systems.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects in manufacturing plants
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
∎ Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation during projects
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
∎ Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
∎ Report and escalate to management as needed
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound communication with stakeholders in a timely manner.
∎ Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information related to delivery milestones.
∎ Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
∎ Good knowledge on ICT peripherals and experienced on Installation, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and others IT appliance.
∎ Direct coordination with software developers (internal or external) regarding software projects during implementation.
∎ Coordinate with 1st Line support of software and hardware related incidents, device malfunctioning etc. during project implementation period.
∎ Monitor, progress, and resolve incidents whilst ensuring users satisfaction through proactive updates, frequent contact and escalation where necessary.
∎ Provide orientation to new users on newly implemented technology.
∎ Evaluate the progress of project to determine the need for adjustment in strategy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Mindset, concept and knowledge on digitalization and cultural transformation specially in manufacturing environment.
∎ Thorough knowledge of local ISP and their practices, network operations, computer systems and their management in order to provide continued and effective operational support.
∎ Working knowledge of telecommunications, computer security policies, management advisory services, equipment etc.
∎ Knowledge of system analysis and design techniques, applications, programming, software development methodologies, fact-finding and documentation techniques are also required.
∎ Have a thorough knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN, common software, backup and networking.
∎ Techniques for explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users.
∎ Technically sound and knowledge on IT system management.
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
∎ Fluent in English speaking.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
∎ Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
∎ Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
∎ Knowledge on in-depth software base projects (database design & development).
∎ Knowledge in AI and IOT based IT infrastructure knowledge and know-how experience from any successful projects reference.
∎ Self-directed, results-oriented, with a high sense of accountability for delivering quality against deadlines.
