∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a senior Technician, you will be responsible for the delivery of software systems / Hardware & the Network in the organization smoothly up & running in 100% health condition (Zero down time).
∎ The role will require you to have an in-depth understanding of the trouble shooting of the Computer Hardware, Software systems and the LAN / WAN based Networks.
∎ You will coordinate with software / Hardware vendors to hardware replacements & Business critical software systems trouble shooting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics and Equal ant qualification
∎ Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Recommended.
∎ 5+ Years’ experience in Hardware / Software maintenance.
∎ A broad spectrum of Software / Hardware trouble shooting ability to provide innovative solutions to the business to improve efficiency & Effectiveness.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
