Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Security/Creative Design or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create web and mobile solutions that bring clarity to complex problems by using a range of skills, including user journey research, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture, as well as knowledge of the competitive landscape and of the Link3 brand.
∎ Prototype and scale UX solutions for new products, services, features, and enhancements from journey maps through detailed designs.
∎ design decisions and ensure that solutions have the intended impact.
∎ Invent valuable new solutions for real customer problems in their journeys
∎ Transform complex ideas and data into straightforward features and elegant products.
∎ Present designs to both technical and non-technical partners to understand their feedback, ensure your designs align to business objectives, and to help build consensus in support of a design vision.
∎ Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Link3 to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Link3 or our clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The candidate should have deep proficiency in interaction design and the organizational skills required to ship.
∎ The candidate should be fluent in industry standard tools and the evolving landscape of technology, resources, and trends that help generate, evaluate, and communicate designs and ideas effectively.
∎ Candidate's portfolio demonstrates a track record of delivering high-quality, successful interaction design projects.
∎ Candidate should have learning spirit and constantly seek new tools, aesthetics, aptitude and skills that will make you a better UX designer.
∎ Build strong, collaborative relationships across design, business, development, and analytics teams. Manage expectations within the team and with clients.
∎ Maturely provide and accept critique, work openly, and stay flexible enough to incorporate constructive feedback from fellow designers and other partners.
