Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor from any recognized University and preference will be given to candidates who have Human Resources background and/or having certification on various training courses related to the RMG industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring proper communication channel between workers and management
∎ Providing orientation and file processing for new workers.
∎ Providing training to workers on company policies.
∎ Providing training to workers on their rights and benefits.
∎ Providing training to workers on health, hygiene and safety issues.
∎ Providing counseling to workers.
∎ Handling grievance of workers.
∎ Ensuring good house - keeping throughout the plant.
∎ Ensuring all customers/brands compliance requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a requirement and should be able to operate, MS Word, MS. Excel and MS Power point. Should be able to make presentations to management on progress.
∎ Must demonstrate sufficient knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Law.
∎ Must have training in healthy and safety.
∎ Must have knowledge on RSC (formerly ACCORD) and Nirapon (formerly Alliance) requirements on worker safety training.
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 - 7 years in ready made garment industry with Welfare experience.
∎ Job Location: Chandra, Kaloakoir, Gazipur.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Negotiable subject to education, experience level and impression created during the interview.
