Job Context:
∎ CRD is looking for a young, dynamic and hardworking professional for the position of "Senior Officer- Communications" to support its growing research team.
∎ Report To: Head of Business Development and Data Sciences
∎ Position Type: Regular position with 03 months` probation period (Based on performance probation period will be extended).
∎ Job Summary: The Senior Officer- Communications is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the organization`s internal and external communication efforts. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka; with extended field trips as per company requirement.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and execute a strategic communication plan aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Implement tactics to enhance the organization's brand reputation and public image.
∎ Produce compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including, social media, website content, press releases, newsletters, and blog posts.
∎ Manage the organization's social media platforms, website, and other digital communication channels.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accurate and timely content delivery.
∎ Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
∎ Plan, coordinate, and promote organization-wide events, such as conferences, webinars, and workshops and capture photos and videos at the events.
∎ Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the organization's goals.
∎ Maintain digital media archives (photos, videos)
∎ Prepare infographic design for various organizational reports.
∎ Develop and design brochures, reports, newsletters & business cards etc.
∎ Any other special task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years prior experience in a communications role. preferably in a similar industry or organization.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
∎ Proficiency in content creation, editing, and proofreading.
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
∎ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is an asset.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ High level of integrity and sense of maintaining confidentiality.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ The monthly salary range is BDT 30,000 to 35,000 (Negotiable for more experienced and skilled candidate.).
