Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, listen to their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their service experience. Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and manage customer expectations effectively.
∎ Vehicle Assessment: Perform detailed vehicle inspections and assessments to identify service needs and provide accurate diagnoses to customers. Utilize technical knowledge of automotive systems to explain repairs and maintenance requirements in a clear and concise manner.
∎ Repair Recommendations: Consult with customers to explain repair options, cost estimates, and timelines. Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on the vehicle assessment and customer preferences. Upsell additional services or products when appropriate.
∎ Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring that the appropriate technicians and resources are allocated efficiently. Communicate with technicians to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
∎ Documentation and Administration: Accurately document customer information, vehicle details, and service history in the database system. Prepare and review service orders, invoices, and estimates. Process payments and handle customer billing inquiries.
∎ Customer Follow-up: Proactively communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing regular updates on repair progress and any additional findings. Address customer concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion of service.
∎ Technical Support: Collaborate with technicians to understand repair requirements and provide necessary technical guidance when needed. Ensure that all work performed meets industry standards and customer expectations.
∎ Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify sales opportunities for additional services, accessories, or maintenance packages based on customer needs and vehicle assessments. Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Presentable.
∎ Good fluency in English - written and oral.
∎ Ability to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements.
∎ Commitment to hitting targets & strong negotiation skills Strong customer service skills.
∎ Good Knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and meet the deadline of targets.
∎ Service Excellence Certified Service Advisor are most preferable.
