Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automotive Engineering
∎ Educational Qualification will be considerable against experience for Workshop In-Charge post.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile Workshop Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage operations of workshop.
∎ Maintain and improve service level.
∎ Educate and instruct mechanic to learn mechanic skills.
∎ Estimate costs and time required for repair or maintenance of the vehicle.
∎ To test and confer with customers to obtain description of vehicle problems and discuss the necessary work to be performed.
∎ Plan, organize and coordinate the day-to-day running of the workshop. E.g. Writing work orders (Job sheet) and arranging mechanic to perform maintenance and repair work on vehicles.
∎ Check the activities in the workshop, inspect completed work and draft reports to detect recurrent faults.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years of Professional experience must need from reputed automobiles company .
