∎ Reports to: Service Manager and Operations Manager
∎ Works closely with: Service Engineers, Sales Team, Customer Support Team
∎ Work hours: Available 24/7 for customer queries and urgent service needs
∎ 1. Scheduling and Coordination
∎ Manage the service calendar effectively.
∎ Schedule service appointments and allocate service engineers based on expertise, availability, and job requirements.
∎ 2. Client Communication
∎ Communicate clearly with clients and internal departments to arrange appointments, provide service updates, and address inquiries.
∎ Act as a liaison between customers and service teams.
∎ 3. Record Management
∎ Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, service reports, and customer interactions.
∎ Ensure all service documentation is completed correctly and promptly.
∎ 4. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
∎ Assist in diagnosing service issues and coordinating resolutions.
∎ Ensure quick, effective resolution of customer complaints to guarantee satisfaction.
∎ 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
∎ Work closely with Service, Sales, and Customer Support teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.
∎ 6. Customer Service Excellence
∎ • Deliver professional, responsive service by handling customer calls, responding to emails, and addressing concerns 24/7.

∎ Monitor the quality of services provided.
