Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform regular service, maintenance, and calibration of CT and MRI machines to ensure they function correctly and safely.
∎ Oversee the installation and setup of new CT and MRI equipment, including site preparation, assembly, and initial testing.
∎ Diagnose and resolve technical issues with CT and MRI machines, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation.
∎ Conduct routine preventive maintenance to extend the life of the equipment and prevent unexpected failures.
∎ Provide training to medical staff on the proper use and care of CT and MRI machines, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
∎ Offer technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the equipment.
∎ Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and customer interactions for future reference and compliance.
∎ Ensure all work is performed in compliance with regulatory standards and manufacturer guidelines.
∎ Recommend and implement upgrades or improvements to CT and MRI equipment to enhance performance and efficiency.
∎ Be available for emergency repairs and support, responding quickly to critical issues.
∎ Manage spare parts and inventory for CT and MRI equipment to ensure availability when needed.
∎ Travel to various customer locations to provide on-site service and support.
∎ Stay updated with the latest advancements in CT and MRI technology and best practices.
∎ Adhere to and promote safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Bring in new business opportunities and contribute to growth and profitability.
∎ Work closely with other engineers, medical staff, sales team and management to ensure the seamless operation of equipment.
