∎ B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a reputed University.
∎ Experience: 3/4 years with at least 1 year of service/maintenance experience with a digital printer.

Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and diagnose issues with systems, equipment, and products to determine the root causes of failures.
∎ Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair procedures to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
∎ Supervise the installation of equipment, systems, or products to ensure proper setup and operation.
∎ Evaluate the technical and resource needs for service projects, including manpower, tools, and materials.
∎ Create standardized protocols for investigating failures and conducting performance tests.
∎ Examine technical documentation to gain insights into the equipment and systems being serviced.
∎ Conduct comprehensive performance testing on a range of systems, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
∎ Clarify and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications for the benefit of the service team.
∎ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, ensuring that they perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
∎ Plan and organize operational activities, including maintenance, repair, and installation, to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
∎ Develop problem-solving frameworks and deliver effective solutions to customers, addressing equipment and system issues promptly.
∎ Ensure that necessary supplies and resources are available for customer service, and maintain a structured service schedule to meet customer demands.
