Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Refrigeration/ EEE/ Mechanical or cooling system.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, maintenance, trouble shooting, routine visit of digital printing machineries sold by the company all over Bangladesh.
∎ Regular follow up with existing/prospective clients for support purposes.
∎ Communicate with head quarter & assembly section regarding product quality, warranty, operation, promotional activity and daily service activity.
∎ Ensure service & spare parts availability at customers' door steps.
∎ Should have all kind of abilities to make reports & documentation.
∎ Arrange field service activities.
∎ Daily Reporting of work on Scheduled time.
∎ Timely execution of servicing reports.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
∎ Fill up the responsibilities which will be given by reporting boss.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1-2 year experience in servicing.
∎ Experience with Cooling solution, HVAC, Chiller servicing will get more priority.
∎ Must have ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical & communication skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer application, particularly must be basic knowledge about MS Office.
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work for long hours.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
Salary: Negotiable
