Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering from any reputed organizations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target as per company policy.
∎ Monitor market activities, follow up on sales and promotional activities.
∎ Travel to project sites, visit key clients and maintain business relationship within target customers.
∎ Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
∎ Listen, understand, and convey customer requirements.
∎ Installation of solar systems if necessary.
∎ Do the servicing work of solar systems on regular basis according to the company policy.
∎ Maintain accurate records of existing and target customers, contracts and correspondence in company approved database.
∎ Manage long term business relationships with the clients to consistently achieve established Sales Plans/ Targets/ Collection targets.
∎ Gather market & competitor information thereby forecasts future sales.
∎ Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate sales performance at business review meeting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 to 3 years' working experience in Solar Energy / Electrical / similar industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Direct Sales of Solar System, Installation and servicing of Solar Home System.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Solar and electrical related industries.
∎ Confidant Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Additional Job Requirement:
∎ Strong team building skills, demonstrated skills and ability in effectively leading teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
∎ Effective negotiation and convincing skills.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali (Bangla)
∎ Proficient in Microsoft word and Xls will be definite advantage.
